Physician Services & Fees

A streamlined, price transparent approach to patient care

Our practice is committed to delivering more comprehensive care, improved accessibility, and extended appointment times compared to traditional insurance-based models. Some patients discover that our out-of-pocket rates are more affordable than their insurance costs, particularly if they have a high deductible and opt to pay directly. We provide both in-person and Telehealth appointments, as well as a hybrid option, with the same fees for all appointment types.

Psychotherapy fees:

This will be discussed at the end of the Initial Evaluation. Dr Katyal strives to provide the best value to our patient’s along with the best technology, care and treatment in our area. We work with our patient’s both personally and financially to help them get the care they deserve.

Administrative fees:

$300/hour billed in 15-minute increments. Examples of services requiring administrative fees include, but are not limited to, phone calls greater than 5 minutes; completing any paperwork; and writing letters.

Insurance:

We provide a receipt (superbill) to our patients that they can submit to their insurance company to get out-of-network reimbursement.

TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)

Most insurances cover TMS Therapy for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Treatment Resistant Depression (TRD). We do not charge any fees for add-on protocols, such as an additional Anxiety or PTSD protocol for patients not responding to standard TMS treatment for depression. We work closely with our insurance benefits and billing department to ensure patients are fully informed about any copay, coinsurance, or deductible associated with their treatment.

We provide highly competitive and transparent self-pay rates for individuals who do not qualify for insurance coverage but are good candidates for TMS. We only provide TMS when we feel there is sufficient evidence base and safety data.

Please call 954-225-5070 to make an appointment to see if you’re a good candidate for TMS.

Insurances accepted for TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)

We accept most insurance plans for TMS and are constantly working on adding more plans to make TMS accessible to our patients. Please contact our office to verify your insurance.
